Once you request to return a product through email or phone, if your product is eligible for return then our dedicated delivery team will contact you. Our team will come to pick up the item within 1 to 2 days after your return request has been received. This product is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund will be initiated. The refund will take approximately 10 working days to reflect in your account
